The last step…. TACTICS What happens when despite our best efforts, the proverbial s**t hits the proverbial fan? Do you know what actions need to be taken to defeat your attacker? Do you have the tools available and the skills to use them to stop someone who will usually be bigger and stronger than you? Do you understand the laws of Texas concerning the use of force? What about the aftermath that follows a lethal force situation?In this section, you will learn what tools are available to you the average citizen and the necessary skills needed to put these tools to use. Basic theories of unarmed and armed countermeasures will be discussed and practiced. Firearm operation skills will be learned and the tactics needed to win a gunfight will be discussed and practiced. Force on force drills using airsoft replica weapons will be practiced. Use of Force laws and the aftermath of a lethal force situation will be discussed to give you a basic understanding. This section is probably what you want to learn the most. It is the "hands-on" section of the system. Because this section is "hands-on" and time intensive to teach, this section is taught on a private or semi-private basis. It is only taught after the student can demonstrate that he/she has built a solid foundation using the other two sections.
